All our TVR chassis works involve a full body lift. We believe this is the only way to ensure quality of works and longevity of the whole chassis, even if it is just a simple outrigger change.

We also always change rubber fuel hoses.

Every car has 50-100 miles testing post works (If taxed and MOT'd) for debugging before return to customer.

Bodywork and Upholstery Repairs and Renewal can be arranged.

All prices are INCLUSIVE of VAT.

 

• Option 1 - £3600

  • Body-off outrigger change with 2.64mm CDS Tube, 3mm inner Sleeves on lateral sections (TVR Standard is 2mm total thickness with weaker seamed tubing).

  • Basic chassis and suspension degrease and jetwash.

  • Any unprotected/rusted areas of chassis on 'backbone' cleaned up, protected and coated as per outriggers. (provided the metalwork isn't heavily pitted)

  • Coating is 4 coats of zinc primer + 2 coats of polyurethane paint as close a colour match to the original chassis as practical. (Brush Applied)

  • Chassis Tubes Adjacent to the Exhaust Manifolds coated with ultra high temperature paint.  

  • Replace rubber sections of fuel feed and return lines with marine grade ethanol-safe hose. 

  • New Body to chassis bolts in all exposed areas.

• Option 2 - £7000

• As above but including:

  • Removal of ALL chassis components.

  • Deep clean of all components and chassis.

  • Anti-Roll Bars and Brackets cleaned up and painted.

  • All Wishbones, Anti-Roll bars and chassis stripped of bushes, deep cleaned and shot blasted.

  • Wishbones and Chassis fully coated with Powder Coat OR 4 coats of Jotun 90 2 part epoxy paint. 

  • Reassembled with new wishbone bushes, Differential Bushes, Handbrake Cable, Brake pipes and Hoses.

  • New Steering Track Rod Ends.

  • New suspension fixings. 

  • Full 4 wheel laser geometry setup.  

 

• Option 3 - £11000

• As above but including:

  • Reconditioned Uprights (new wheel bearings and ball joints).​

  • New Driveshaft CV Boots.

  • New Fuel Pump and Filter.

  • New Engine and Gearbox and Exhaust Mounts.

  • New Bilstein Dampers and Springs. (Other options available)

  • Rebuilt Steering Rack.

  • New Discs and Pads.

Surcharges

• Cerbera, Tuscan, Tamora, T350, Sagaris + £1200 (Due to additional labour and parts cost)

• Option 2 & 3 - Chassis and/or wishbones have coating of Waxoyl/ Dinitrol type product already applied. +£500 (due to additional cleaning processes)
